BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Dynamic business development consultants are required to acquire, develop and maintain relationships with new, current and existing customers for established national training company.
Someone who is passionate, self-motivated and incentivised by the opportunity of being the master of their own destiny with the ability to produce their own income and results. Reliability, honesty and ethical values is absolutely key. We are looking for candidates that are able to deliver a consistent output that requires more management support and guidance than micro-management in order to meet their monthly targets. They must have relationship selling skills with the ability through probing and conversation to identify and create opportunities. They must be well groomed, well-mannered and speak clearly and professionally.
We are looking for individuals who have the following attributes to ensure a high work ethic and professionalism to represent iLearn:
- Minimum 5 years corporate solution sales experience
- Excellent people-skills
- Good team worker
- Ability to think innovatively
- Excellent language skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Emotionally mature
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Candidates with experience in selling HR services, training or recruitment are favourable.
