At iLearn, our purpose is to empower people to empower others.
We aim to help companies grow their people and their businesses by creating ‘active learning' environments in which people learn through supportive experiences and not simply lecturing. This type of learning promotes wellbeing, inspires confidence and effects meaningful and long-lasting change.
Our 21 years in skills development has given us the ability to streamline solutions, saving our clients time and providing complete peace of mind.

Richard Rayne
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Richard is the founder and CEO at iLearn and is responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the business. He is passionate about making both a social and commercial impact and believes that education is the key to unlocking potential and providing opportunities for people to improve their circumstances and career paths. A travel aficionado, Richard takes time out of his yearly schedule for both personal and business pursuits. A believer of both luck and hard work, Richard is guided by the belief that, how you do anything, is how you do everything!
Rushid Ally
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rushid "Rush" drives demand and growth for the business through enterprise partnerships, strategic alliances, and channel partners. He has a keen business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and is driven by a passionate purpose and zest for life. His mission is to create real shared value for his clients, having operated in the L&D space for the past 12 years. He is a devoted husband and father of 3 and in his spare time enjoys reading, staying fit and socialising with friends and family.
Tilly Mudaly
TRAINING DIRECTOR
Tilly has a plethora of experience in training implementations/ management with a demonstrated history of working in the industry for over 20 years. With an Honors Degree in Media and Communication and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, she had found her purpose in Education. Tilly’s deep rooted passion for knowledge and empowering people combined with her exceptional skills in training, facilitation, coaching, instructional design and curriculum development is evident in the focused delivery of our Learning Solutions. She tries to embody and promote the ideology of “Each One, Teach One’’. "We are stronger together, let us EMPOWER EACH OTHER!"
Eulaine Kruger
GENERAL MANAGER
Apart from being General Manager for iLearn, Eulaine also holds a Professional Designation as a Skills Development Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner. She is also the current Chairman of ASDSA. Eulaine believes it is not about the product, you can get that anywhere, in fact you can get it cheaper. It is not even about promises, anyone can make those. It IS about the evidence, the track record, the endurance and reliability through every season. It IS about experiencing the quality of the people you are dealing with, INTEGRITY IS EVERYTHING!
Robyn Sibeko
FINANCE MANAGER
With over 12 years in the education sector, Robyn brings a wealth of financial expertise and a passion for lifelong learning to her role as iLearn’s Finance Manager. Holding a BCompt in Taxation, a Tax Technician Diploma, and Skills Development Facilitator certification, her career spans retail, banking, and higher education, with a steady rise from Accounts Administrator to her current leadership role.
Guided by the belief that “education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,” she aspires to one day earn her Master’s in Taxation.
John Brockbank
FINANCE DIRECTOR CA (SA)
With John is an experienced Accounting, Auditing and Tax Professional with a demonstrated history of working in various industries. He is skilled in Management, Financial Accounting, Strategic Planning, Due Diligence, and Financial Analysis.
Dollie Mdzeke
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Dollie joined iLearn 4 years ago as a Project Coordinator and has quickly progressed into a Quality Assurance role. In her new role as Quality Assurance Manager, she is responsible for managing our SETA and DHET stakeholder relationships, ensuring that we comply with all the necessary quality assurance requirements, and for managing all external moderations to ensure the smooth accreditation of all our learners.
Jarat Govender
RECRUITMENT AND HOSTING MANAGER
Jarat is a people-orientated person, with a love and passion to see the youth of South Africa succeed. Over the years he has worked and accumulated knowledge and skills in HR, Management and Leadership, which also includes a degree in Theology. In his private capacity, he is involved in many community upliftment projects.
