OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Richard is the founder and Managing Director at iLearn and is responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the business. He is passionate about making both a social and commercial impact and believes that education is the key to unlocking potential and providing opportunities for people to improve their circumstances and career paths. A travel aficionado, Richard takes time out of his yearly schedule for both personal and business pursuits. A believer of both luck and hard work, Richard is guided by the belief that, how you do anything, is how you do everything!
STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS MANAGER
As Strategic Solutions Manager, Rushid Ally drives demand and growth for the business through enterprise partnerships, strategic alliances, and channel partners. He has a keen business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and is driven by a passionate purpose and zest for life. His mission is to create real shared value for his clients, having operated in the L&D space for the past 12 years. He is a devoted husband and father of 3 and in his spare time enjoys reading, staying fit and socialising with friends and family.
LEARNING SOLUTIONS MANAGER - JOHANNESBURG
Brett is responsible for optimizing the sales function within the busines. Extensive commercial experience and the ability to understand the technical aspects of business processes and educational drivers across complex corporate environments, has provided Brett with an excellent vantage point to assist leaders in building and optimising sales teams. He is passionate about work life balance and a firm believer that spending time in the great outdoors away from the hustle and bustle of city life, maintains a healthy perspective on the bigger picture.
LEARNING SOLUTIONS MANAGER - COASTAL
Apart from being Learning Solutions Manager for iLearn, Eulaine also holds a Professional Designation as a Skills Development Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner. She is also the current Chairman of ASDSA. Eulaine believes it is not about the product, you can get that anywhere, in fact you can get it cheaper. It is not even about promises, anyone can make those. It IS about the evidence, the track record, the endurance and reliability through every season. It IS about experiencing the quality of the people you are dealing with, INTEGRITY IS EVERYTHING!
TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
Tilly is an experienced Training Implementation Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training and coaching industry. She is skilled in Coaching, Diversity Training, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and Team Building. She is a seasoned human resources professional with a Programme in Human Resourse Management focused in Human Resources Management and Services.
Sharlene van Pallander
Sharlene joined iLearn in 2016 to head up the company’s Marketing team. She is a seasoned Marketing Strategist and passionate solution-finder. Using data-driven marketing techniques, Sharlene is dedicated to building brands, growing businesses, and helping to make people's lives better. She is married with three children. She loves different disciplines of dance, is a wanna-be historian and can often be found with her nose in book.
FINANCE MANAGER CA (SA)
John is an experienced Accounting, Auditing and Tax Professional with a demonstrated history of working in various industries. He is skilled in Management, Financial Accounting, Strategic Planning, Due Diligence, and Financial Analysis.
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Dollie joined iLearn 4 years ago as a Project Coordinator and has quickly progressed into a Quality Assurance role. In her new role as Quality Assurance Manager, she is responsible for managing our SETA and DHET stakeholder relationships, ensuring that we comply with all the necessary quality assurance requirements, and for managing all external moderations to ensure the smooth accreditation of all our learners.
RECRUITMENT AND HOSTING MANAGER
Jarat is a people-orientated person, with a love and passion to see the youth of South Africa succeed. Over the years he has worked and accumulated knowledge and skills in HR, Management and Leadership, which also includes a degree in Theology. In his private capacity, he is involved in many community upliftment projects.
