Hosted Learnership Solution
iLearn has partnered with Retail Capital, a well renowned SME funding agency, and Over the Rainbow, founders of the Golden Circle mentorship programme, to empower and equip black entrepreneurs with the skills to build successful and sustainable businesses and create wealth in the global economy.
Overview
Successful entrepreneurs, sourced within Retail Capital's network, will attend a SETA accredited FETC: New Venture Creation NQF 4 (154 credits) qualification facilitated by iLearn. This 12-month SETA accredited Learnership qualification is designed to provide entrepreneurs with the formal academic skills and knowledge required to develop successful small to medium business ventures. In addition to this, successful candidates will be eligible to participate in Over the Rainbows' 67 logo design campaign and benefit from a complimentary peer-to-peer 7-month Golden Circle mentorship programme.

In order to fully realize this mission of empowering black entrepreneurs, we are in search of other forward-thinking companies to help make a difference by sponsoring successful entrepreneurs, using their B-BBEE Skills Development, Enterprise Supplier Development and/ or Socio-Economic Development budgets.
This unique Hosted Learnership Solution is designed to provide for the delivery of this programme to a number of established black entrepreneurs, with the workplace component and practical application to be applied within their own businesses. On completion of the Learnership contract, these entrepreneurs will continue to be employed in their own business.
