This course will be of use to secretaries and assistants as well as any professional who is required to use written correspondence and wishes to develop a better performance in this area.

The two modules in this course are:

Writing quickly and effectively – learn easy methods to help you sort information and bring out the essential points in your correspondence, and update your style and expressions

Writing minutes – overcome the difficulties of note-taking, and learn to identify and summarise essential points.

  • To acquire a methodology for getting straight to the point in your writing
  • To take the essential information from a meeting and write an appropriate brief
