The programme is designed to provide learners with the ability to identify areas that require change within an organisation then implement processes that will work best for the change management. The learners will also learn how to select feasible solutions through a systems approach in ensuring that the change being implemented will/is beneficial for the organisation. The learners will learn how to develop a plan for creating an environment that is conducive to innovation.

After the learners have completed the programme, they will be able to lead their teams well and work effectively with other team members to ensure participation by team members in developing solutions to problems.

Who Should Attend

The programme is intended for second level managers such as heads of department, section heads or divisional heads, who may have more than one team reporting to them.

Prerequisites
Who Should Attend

Learners should be competent in Communication, Mathematical and Computer Literacy and at NQF Level 4 or equivalent.
