Overview
The programme is intended for learners to be able to analyse policies, procedures, agreements and conditions of employment applicable at the workplace environment and take the full responsibility to optimise and maintain efficiencies in policies. The learner will be able to identify trends and have the ability to implement acceptable systems to deal with this.
Learners will be able to identify and solve problems using critical and creative thinking processes to solve motivational problems in relation to self and others. They will be able to work effectively with others as a member of a team, group, organisation or community to create a motivating environment.
