This programme will provide learners with the ability to identify and solve people development problems using critical and creative thinking. Learners will be able to work as a member of a team in planning, promoting and managing the implementation of people development processes in a unit. Learners will also learn how to monitor the performance of team members, as well as work as a team member in planning, promoting and managing the implementation of a performance monitoring system.

Furthermore, learners will gain knowledge on how to recruit and select people for defined positions within an organisation or within the personnel recruitment industry. Persons credited with this programme can prepare, recruit and select suitable candidates according to ability and potential.
