Overview

This programme enables learners to gain insight into the role of leadership within a work context. They will be able to identify and solve problems using critical and creative thinking processes and diagnose which leadership theories are appropriate within their own work context. They will learn the importance of working effectively with others as a member of a team, group, organisation or community. They will also learn how to organise and manage themselves and their activities responsibly and effectively in order to ensure effective leadership. Learners will learn how to collect, organise and critically evaluate information based on reflection of the teams' current level of motivation.
