This programme is intended for learners that will be working as leaders in the context of a small project / sub-project involving few resources. This programme will also add value to learners who are running their own business and recognise that project management forms an integral component of any business. They will be able to identify and solve problems related to the scheduling of project activities as well as working effectively with others in order to develop project schedules and responding to input from others regarding the scheduling activities. The learners will be able to communicate effectively with relevant parties with reference to obtaining and disseminating data for scheduling project activities. Furthermore, to this, the learners will be able to collect, analyse, organise and critically evaluate information pertaining to scheduling project activities. Lastly, learners will be able to identify and solve problems related to any project using critical and creative thinking

Who Should Attend

This programme is for candidates working as part of a Project Team. The aim is to equip them with skills to perform tasks such as defining project activities and milestones as well as developing a project schedule with clear action plans in place.

Learners should be competent in Mathematics and communication skills at NQF level 4 or equivalent.
