Sales for non-sales managers – learn to plan and conduct a successful, professional sales meeting, find out the customer’s real needs and use the right techniques and arguments to win the customer’s trust and respect

Negotiation for non-sales managers – understand and learn how to make use of the power relationships that govern a negotiation, focus on arguments instead of concessions and explore how to maintain a win-win relationship.
