The Code of Good Practice on Employment Equity calls for a formal Succession Plan showing intent on how your numeric targets and goals will be met. In this webinar, Eulaine Kruger reveals that creating a Succession Plan doesn't need to be a complex process and how it can benefit a business in numerous ways. Apart from being Learning Solutions Manager for iLearn, Eulaine also holds a Professional Designation as a Skills Development Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner. She is also the current Chairman of ASDSA.
