Organisational Standards and Performance Monitoring
This programme specifies the knowledge and skills required to understand the relationship between junior management and other management roles in the organisation. Learners will be able to collect, organise and evaluate information when identifying the tasks of management. They will learn to communicate effectively and responsibly when explaining management activities. Learners will learn to identify and solve problems and make decisions in contracting with team members and monitoring performance against objectives. They will learn the importance of organising and managing themselves while implementing agreed performance plans. Furthermore, learners will learn how to communicate effectively in consulting and allocating tasks, thus gaining commitment for performance plans. .
