This programme will provide the learners with the ability to Identify and solve problemspertaining to problems experienced with information flow and data processing within the organisation. They will be able to work effectively with others as a member of a team, group, organisation or community in the gathering of information as collecting, organising and critically evaluating information to make accurate decisions on the flow of marketing information and for the processing of marketing data.

Learners will also be able to Identify and solve problems pertaining to the identification of customers and the establishment of a customer base and organise and manage oneself and one's activities so that alternative plans exist to correct customer information.

This programme is intended for candidates in the Marketing Environment. The aim is to equip them with skills to be able to identify, gather and combine marketing information for dissemination as well as the ability to identify potential customers.

Learners should be competent in Mathematical Literacy and Communication at NQF level 3 or equivalent.
