Overview
This programme will provide learners with the ability to identify and solve problems pertaining to the identification of customers and the establishment of a customer base. They will be able to collect, evaluate, organise and critically evaluate information to assist in the accurate identification of the customers of Contact Centres. Learners will be able to work with others as part of the team in order to finalise and close deals and communicate effectively when responding to client needs. Furthermore, learners will be able to identify and solve problems pertaining to the communication of products, features, advantages, and benefits, as well as communicate effectively when presenting features, advantages and benefits so that sales clients’ needs are met.
